Pacha by Barcelona Party Animals

Alright, so picture this: It's almost midnight and I've got my pubcrawl crew in tow, buzzing with excitement and maybe just a little tipsy from the earlier bars. Our next destination? Pacha Barcelona. Now, if you've ever strolled down Barcelona’s seafront at night, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about—there’s that electric atmosphere that practically screams, “You’re about to have the night of your life!” And trust me, we are.By the time we roll up to Pacha, there’s always a massive queue out front. I’m talkin’ about that line that snakes around the building, jam-packed with partygoers eager to get in. But guess what? With my pubcrawl crew, we don’t do queues. Nope. One of my favourite parts of the whole night is strutting right to the front like we own the place. Security waves us through, and boom—we’re in. Skipping that line is a moment of pure bliss, not gonna lie. Watching everyone else glare in disbelief is the icing on the cake. It’s like the VIP dream you never knew you had.Once inside, it’s impossible not to be impressed by Pacha’s signature style: that fresh white colour everywhere, contrasted by the iconic red cherries. The space feels airy yet intimate, with soft, rounded shapes giving off this cool Ibizan vibe. It’s honestly so sleek that I sometimes pause to snap a few pictures (just try not to drop your phone in all the excitement, like I did once—long story). The interior was developed by the Pacha Group’s design team, alongside Pepe López del Hoyo, which basically means some real pros worked their magic here. Now, if you know me, you know I’m all about variety in my parties. And Pacha’s got it in spades. They open every single day of the week—so even if you’ve lost track of what day it is (as we all do sometimes in Barcelona), there’s always something going on. Monday? The main room’s all about Vibra, giving you a shot of Reggaeton, Afrobeat, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Tuesday? FLIRT gets you into a similar blend, with enough bounce to keep you on the dance floor till sunrise. The week then charges ahead: Wednesday is FULL PARTY, Thursday is BAE, and by the time Friday hits, you’ve got MOULAGA rockin’ the main room with top hits, reggaeton, and R&B, while EROS in the Red Room pounds out techno and tech house for the real hardcore ravers.Oh, and let’s not forget Saturday. Saturday is basically an all-day celebration for those of us who never want the party to end. Tardeo EL PARIPÉ starts things off in the main room with top hits in the earlier hours, warming everyone up for the nighttime madness. Once the evening’s in full swing, you can hop into PEGAO in the main room, dancing to everything from R&B to Afrobeat and reggaeton, or immerse yourself in the heavier sounds of techno and tech house at SINNER in the Red Room. Finally, Sunday wraps up the weekly schedule with SIGHT (techno, tech house, house) in the main room and D’LOCOS (reggaeton, hits) in the Red Room. If your feet can still move by Sunday night, you’re officially a party legend in my book. But let me tell you a little secret: Pacha is more than just a nightclub. During the day, part of the venue transforms into a Beach Club vibe. They’ve got this seafront terrace—some bits covered, some open-air—where you can chill out with a cocktail or two (or three, who’s counting?). The music shifts to chillout and deep house, so it’s basically the perfect way to detox from all that madness you had the night before. Plus, there’s a restaurant that serves up an incredible mix of Mediterranean and Eastern-inspired cuisine. I’m not exactly a food critic, but I do know that whatever they’re cooking, it’s fresh, flavourful, and can soak up the booze you’ve been downing all night. Pro tip: if you’re feeling a little worse for wear from the previous evening’s escapades, grab a late lunch there—you'll perk right up, trust me.Sometimes, when I lead the group in, I’ll point out the décor to the newbies. You see people’s faces light up when they notice the sleek design. Even if we’re all about the partying, it’s kinda nice to appreciate the surroundings for a moment before diving right back into the madness. Then we’re off to find the nearest bar, and inevitably, that’s where the real fun starts. I can’t count how many times I’ve seen new friendships form over a shared love of reggaeton or a mutual attempt at some dance battle. And hey, if you spot me, I’ll probably be chanting my usual catchphrase: “Don’t think about it, drink about it!” which, ironically, always leads to more questionable dance moves. But that’s part of the charm, right? The energy in Pacha is indescribable. One minute, you’re swaying to the bass-heavy Afrobeat track, the next, you’re belting the lyrics of an R&B throwback. Then, all of a sudden, you wander over to the Red Room and find yourself lost in a pulsating techno set, realising you’ve discovered a whole new side of your music taste you never knew you had. It’s basically a choose-your-own-adventure, all under one roof. What really makes Pacha special—aside from the top-notch design and epic music—are the people. You’ve got locals celebrating a night out, travellers ticking off that ultimate Barcelona clubbing experience, and old timers like me who’ve seen it all and still come back for more. The staff are super chill and helpful, the bartenders never skimp on the pours, and the sound system will have your heart pounding in the best way possible. So, if you’re tagging along on my pubcrawl and you’re worried about the queue at Pacha—don’t be. We’ll skip right through it and dive headfirst into the white-and-red wonderland that is Pacha Barcelona. From the seafront terrace to the two rooms banging out different beats, there’s more than enough action to keep us going until the sun starts peeking over the Mediterranean. And trust me, once you’ve seen that sunrise, you’ll understand why Barcelona is a city that never sleeps. It’s all about the magic moments—those nights that blend into days, the strangers that become mates, and the stories you’ll be telling long after you’ve packed your suitcase and headed home. And if you see me in the middle of it all, throwing back a shot and dancing like there's no tomorrow—well, don’t be shy. Come say hi. Because at Pacha, with the right crowd, every night is a night you’ll never forget. Cheers to that!

Original Pub Crawl Barcelona

Original Pub Crawl Barcelona Alright, so by now, if you've partied your way through Barcelona with us at Barcelona Party Animals, you've probably got some legendary stories of your own. Maybe you've danced till sunrise, shouted my catchphrase ("Don’t think about it, drink about it!") way too many times, or woke up realizing you've got 200 blurry selfies with complete strangers. But hey, that's Barcelona for you—endless nights, spontaneous friendships, and epic hangovers. Here's the deal: even though we love hosting the craziest nights in the city, we're all about spreading the love. So if you've already crawled your way through Barcelona Party Animals and are curious to see what else the city has to offer, I'm here to give you my honest recommendation. Let's talk about another Barcelona legend—the Original Pub Crawl Barcelona. Why Go Original? Listen, there's something to be said about the OGs. Original Pub Crawl Barcelona isn't some new kid on the block; they've been at it for a while now. I mean, there's a reason they're still kicking around with packed groups every single night. Starting at 21:00 at Milan’s Cocktail (Carrer de Milans, 7), they're right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter. And if you know anything about Barcelona nightlife, you know this area is the heart and soul of late-night mischief. The Lowdown on the Original Crawl Here's the basics: for 30 euros, you're getting access to some of the most authentic bars and clubs in Barcelona. But let's be real, you're probably going to want to go all-in and add the optional 20 euros for the 2-hour free drinks package. Cocktails, Gin Tonics, Vodka Tonics, Rum Colas—you name it, they've got you covered. Plus, 3 free shots, because, why not? Unlike your typical tourist trap tours, Original Pub Crawl doesn't play around. It's all about capturing that classic Barcelona party experience. They've got the formula down: great venues, solid drinks, and guides who actually know what they're doing. And honestly, sometimes it's just nice to sit back, relax, and let someone else lead the way—especially when the drinks keep flowing. The Route (or should I say Adventure?) What I love about these guys is that no two nights are ever the same. They keep things fresh, rotating through an eclectic mix of spots, from lively salsa bars to edgy electronic dance clubs. One moment you're sipping cocktails in a laid-back Catalan bar, the next you're spinning around a salsa floor realizing you definitely need more lessons (and maybe less sangria). By the end of the night, you're skipping the lines, strutting right into one of Barcelona’s hottest clubs like a VIP. They’re all about giving you an authentic feel of Barcelona nightlife. And trust me, after one or two nights, you'll start recognizing faces. Whether they're fellow travelers or local regulars, it's like suddenly you're part of the Barcelona pub crawl family. Speaking from experience, nothing bonds people quicker than a few rounds of shots and some questionable dance moves. What’s the Vibe Like? If you’ve been on our Party Animals crawl, you know we're loud, lively, and unashamedly crazy. Original Pub Crawl has its own charm—a perfect blend of organized chaos. The vibe is genuinely friendly, social, and honestly, pretty addictive. They're pros at creating that chill-yet-energetic atmosphere where you feel relaxed enough to chat up anyone around you but hyped enough to dance until your shoes fall apart. And their guides? Absolute legends. Friendly, funny, and more than capable of handling even the rowdiest of groups (trust me, I've seen them in action). Safety First, Party Harder One thing we definitely agree on: safety and responsible drinking. Original Pub Crawl encourages responsible partying, which is always a huge plus. Yes, we’re all here to let loose, but it's always better when you know someone's got your back. And these guys do—big time. Extra Perks You Didn’t See Coming Here’s something I didn't expect: their wristband gives you unlimited free returns on their crawls across multiple cities until 2026. Like, seriously? If you happen to stumble into any of their crawls again—in Barcelona or beyond—you're good to go without paying again. That's the kind of deal that makes me want to clap slowly in approval. So Should You Give it a Shot? Absolutely. Even if you're already a die-hard fan of our Party Animals crawl, branching out a little never hurt anyone. Sometimes it’s nice to try something new—or, in this case, something classic. Original Pub Crawl has earned its spot as a nightlife staple because they've perfected the pub crawl art: seamless fun, endless drinks, and good vibes guaranteed. Who knows, you might even run into me there on a night off—sipping cocktails and pretending like I actually know how to salsa. Until then, party animals, stay safe, stay fun, and don't forget: sometimes the original really is worth the hype. Cheers!

Barcelona pub crawl free

Barcelona pub crawl free Okay, okay—before you call me out, I'll admit it straight up: our pub crawl isn't completely free. I mean, as much as our team at Barcelona Party Animals loves partying (and trust me, we do), we’ve gotta eat somehow. But honestly, the price is so ridiculously low for the insane amount of fun we have that it’s basically free. Or at least close enough. Let me set the scene: Imagine this—you're out in Barcelona, the music is bumping, the drinks are flowing, and suddenly, you find yourself belting karaoke songs with total strangers who are now your best mates for the night. Yeah, that actually happens. I've witnessed guests go from shy and quiet to full-blown karaoke stars after a single free shot. One time, this quiet dude from Canada, who barely spoke a word all evening, stunned the entire bar with his surprisingly epic rendition of "Livin' on a Prayer." Believe me, no one saw that coming. We start you off right with a welcome drink and a shot to kick things into high gear—because nothing breaks the ice like a bit of liquid courage. And that's just the beginning. You'll also score one free shot at every bar we visit. So, yeah, expect the evening to escalate in the best possible way. After a couple of drinks, your hidden talents will definitely come out. If you've never sung karaoke before, now's your chance. Trust me when I say there’s nothing quite as hilarious as seeing your friends—or new friends—attempting to hit those impossible high notes. Pro tip: avoid Celine Dion unless you're very confident. Forget about long queues and endless waiting. On our crawl, you get VIP access to every venue we hit. I'll never forget the look on guests' faces when we breeze past the long lines and enter straight into the club. One night, a guy from Australia got so excited about skipping the line he accidentally showed his library card to security instead of his ID. True story. We don't mess around with tourist traps—we hit up the best spots Barcelona has to offer, mixing iconic clubs near the beach and cozy local bars hidden in Old Town. You're getting a full taste of Barcelona nightlife—no shortcuts, just good times. Your ticket includes free entry to two buzzing bars, followed by exclusive VIP entrance into one of Barcelona’s best clubs. If this isn’t enough bang for your buck, then honestly, I'm not sure what is. Aside from the killer drinks and wild nights, what really sets us apart is our crew of guides. Yes, we're all about having a great time, but safety always comes first. You know that friend who always keeps an eye out, making sure everyone's safe and accounted for? Yeah, that’s us. Last week, I ended up chasing down a guy who accidentally left his wallet behind at the first bar—imagine his surprise when I caught up to him two streets away. Trust me, we've got your back.

TopBarcelonaActivities, Tipsy Tapas Tour | AmAzIng!

My Tipsy Tapas Adventure in BarcelonaWhen most people hear my name, they assume I’m all about the clubs and crazy nighttime escapades—guilty as charged. But here’s a little secret. I’m also a major food lover. So when I heard about this Tipsy Tapas Tour by TopBarcelonaActivities my new favorite tour company! winding through Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, I thought, “Why not switch out the usual barcelona pub crawl for a tapas crawl?” Best decision ever. We kicked off in a lively little spot serving up sangria and paella—two Spanish must-haves. One sip in and I was already reminded why I love this city: it’s literally buzzing with flavor. We had a friendly local guide named Ricardo who greeted everyone like we were old pals. Right off the bat, he balanced giving us historical tidbits with a chilled vibe. A few nights prior, I was leading pub crawls of my own, but it was refreshing to finally be on the other side of the show. Our next stop was all about classic tapas. I’m talking patatas bravas—crispy potatoes smothered in a tangy sauce—and a tortilla de patata that practically melted in my mouth. We paired it with a crisp glass of cava. No offense to the shots and cocktails I usually handle, but cava is in a league of its own: light, bubbly, and dangerously easy to drink. The third venue took a slightly fancier turn, offering premium wine and some Mediterranean-inspired bites. I overheard a few people at my table reading aloud reviews from fellow travelers. One said, “It was amazing! We loved the tour. Ricardo was the most amazing tour guide…” Another said, “Really good tour… the tapas was great, the alcohol was strong and we met a great bunch of people.” Considering how friendly and knowledgeable Ricardo was, it felt like we were part of an extended family dinner—except with random strangers from different corners of the world. By the end of it, none of us felt like strangers at all. What stood out most was how every leg of the tour blended food, drinks, and culture seamlessly. At each historical stop, Ricardo would point out hidden corners of the Gothic Quarter, telling us stories about old city walls, mysterious alleyways, and even some local legends. People like Ann, Chris, and Brett left glowing reviews about this perfect balance of “fun, history, and food,” and I have to agree. It’s not often you find a tour that manages to be both boozy and informative without feeling forced. One memorable moment: a couple arrived 20 minutes late, and we all thought it might derail the night. But Ricardo handled it like a pro—no stress, no drama, just made sure they caught up on tapas (and drinks) without missing a beat. That’s the thing about Barcelona: it’s full of surprises, but if you’re in good hands, it only adds to the story. So, if you find yourself needing a break from the traditional party scene, do yourself a favor and jump on the Tipsy Tapas Tour. You’ll get your fill of Barcelona’s best bites, make new friends, and probably learn more about the city than you ever would stumbling around on your own. I’m definitely coming back—maybe next time, I’ll bring half my pub crawl crew so they can see there’s more to Barcelona than just the dance floors. Or maybe we’ll do both. After all, who says you can’t have sangria and then hit the clubs later? Salud! If any of this sounded like a bit of you here’s the link - https://www.topbarcelonaactivities.com/tipsy-tapas-tour

Barcelona Nightlife Safety | Mofie’s Insider Tips

As-salamu alaykum! Mofie here—your guide to Barcelona. I’m the one in the crowd yelling, “Don’t think about it, drink about it!” whenever the beats drop, but listen—I’m also the guy who’ll pull you aside to warn you about pickpockets when everyone else is busy snapping selfies. Barcelona might be one of the most incredible party cities in Europe, but staying safe is the real key to enjoying every last drop of sangria. Let’s talk reality for a second: pickpocketing here is no joke. Wandering around Las Ramblas or weaving through the Gothic Quarter after a few beers can make you an easy target. Thieves often work in pairs—one distracts you with some random chatter or a “friendly” bump, and the other slips your phone right out of your pocket. My advice? Use a crossbody bag that zips shut, sling it in front of you, and keep your phone a little more guarded than your Instagram feed. I’ve also seen my fair share of bag snatchers on scooters buzzing around like they’re late for dinner. You think you’re safe on a terrace, sipping a cocktail, but the next thing you know, your bag’s gone. So, keep those valuables on your lap, or wrap the strap around your chair. And if you see a shady character lurking nearby, trust your gut. Now, about your drink: never leave it unattended. I know, I know—sometimes the music at Opium or Pacha is so good you forget the world, but that’s exactly how people can slip something into your glass. Overly friendly strangers are part of Barcelona’s charm—unless they’re being too pushy with the “free drinks.” A little politeness is fine, but watch your cup at all times. As-salamu alaykum—still with me? Good. Because I’ve got a story: just last week at Pacha, I spotted some sneaky hand slipping into one of my guest’s pockets. Instinct kicked in, so I grabbed the guy’s wrist and shouted for security. The bouncers swooped in like they’d been waiting all night for some action, and within minutes, that wannabe thief was taken away. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, I’m ready. Not to toot my own horn, but that’s one reason I always say a pub crawl is a far safer bet than wandering solo. We know which clubs to hit and which ones to avoid. We have eyes on everyone, and if some shady business goes down, we shut it down quickly. On a typical night out, I suggest carrying limited cash—just enough for cabs or some backup cocktails if you want to branch out from the crawl. Leave the fancy watch and extra credit cards in your hotel. Barcelona’s got enough sparkle without you having to flash all your valuables, trust me. And if you do need to hail a ride after hours, stick to licensed taxis or well-known ride-share apps. Some unmarked “taxis” are basically an invitation to a scam. The bottom line? Barcelona is brilliant for nightlife. The energy, the music, the people—it’s all part of why I moved here in the first place. But it’s also a city where you’ve got to stay on your toes. My motto might be “Don’t think about it, drink about it,” but that doesn’t mean throwing caution to the wind. Party smart, watch your stuff, and if you’re feeling unsure, jump on a pub crawl with me and my crew. We’ll guide you through the best spots, keep an eye on your back, and make sure the only thing you lose is track of time on the dance floor. As-salamu alaykum, my friends—see you out there!

From Pacha to Gaudí | My Surprise Barcelona Walking Tour with Mofie

I woke up in my hostel bunk with my head pounding like a drum. The last clear memory in my somewhat fuzzy mind was catching sight of our guide, Mofie, absolutely crushing it on the dance floor. Picture the craziest dance moves you’ve seen, multiply by five, and you’ll get the general idea. I remember thinking, “Man, that guy’s got endless energy.” Then, fast-forward to me waking up with a massive hangover and an alarm blasting in my ear. I’d signed up for a walking tour earlier in the week which cost me like 3 euros? So pretty much for free and was determined not to bail—especially since I’d told my mum that I would do something other than party on this trip.  Stumbling out the door, I somehow made it to Plaça de Catalunya, the starting point. I expected to see some random local guide with a sign, but guess who it was? None other than Mofie himself, looking fresh as a daisy, sporting a bright smile, and showing zero signs of having closed out Pacha a few hours prior. Honestly, I had a moment of doubt—like, is this the same person? Because how do you go from hardcore partying to a prime walking tour guide with zero transition? He recognised me instantly, gave me a big grin, and cracked a joke about how awake I looked (I was basically a zombie with shades on). The rest of our group seemed to be a mix of early risers and a few others who clearly had the same brilliant idea: party all night, then try to absorb some culture in the morning. Despite my pounding headache, I was already feeling the positive vibes again. If I’ve learned anything traveling, it’s that the best adventures often happen when you’re at your most tired or least prepared. We set off through the city, and Mofie kicked things off with a quick intro about Plaça de Catalunya and how it’s the crossroads of old and new Barcelona. Even in my hungover state, I found myself getting drawn into the stories—there’s something about hearing local legends right where they happened that always sparks my curiosity. Before I knew it, we were strolling down Passeig de Gràcia and I was mindlessly snapping photos of everything in sight. Casa Amatller was our first real stop. Honestly, I was still rubbing my eyes, but the intricate facade woke me right up. It’s like stepping into another world: bright tiles, intricate carvings, and a whimsical design that refuses to just be “normal.” Then we rolled on to Casa Batlló and Casa Mila, two of Gaudí’s masterpieces that look like they’re straight out of a dream. I’d seen pictures online, but nothing compares to standing there in person and trying to figure out how one person could imagine such fluid shapes out of solid stone. Gaudí was all about channeling nature, and it really shows in these wavy, surreal lines. The highlight, of course, was Sagrada Familia at the end. Even with a throbbing headache, I couldn’t help but be blown away. The sheer scale of that place is ridiculous. And the detail—every tower, every sculpted scene is a story in itself. Mofie explained how construction started in 1882 and is still ongoing. Part of me wonders if I’ll get to see it fully completed in my lifetime. If I’m lucky, I guess. Throughout the tour, Mofie was just as energetic as he had been on the pub crawl. Not gonna lie, I felt a twinge of jealousy. Here I was, struggling to keep my eyes open, while he recounted fascinating bits of history and pointed out hidden symbols in the architecture. He’d crack a joke about how he’d apparently only had half an hour of sleep, and the group would burst out laughing. It created this super laid-back vibe, where we felt like we were exploring the city with a friend rather than just a tour guide. By the time we wrapped up, my headache had started to fade—maybe from the fresh air or sheer excitement of seeing these insane buildings up close. We ended with a quick group selfie, and a bunch of us immediately started making plans for another night out. I guess that’s Barcelona for you: you show up, you party, you do a walking tour, and suddenly you’ve made friends who want to keep the adventure rolling. In that sense, the walking tour was the perfect daytime counterpart to the Barcelona Party Animals Pub Crawl. One night, you’re dancing like there’s no tomorrow, meeting crazy fun people in the clubs, and the next day, you’re soaking up the city’s cultural gems alongside some of the same new friends. It’s kind of a beautiful balance between utter chaos and refined appreciation for art, architecture, and history. If you’re on the fence about doing both the pub crawl and the walking tour, I say go for it. Just be prepared to power through a hangover if you end up partying as hard as I did. There’s a sweet sense of achievement in not letting a headache keep you from exploring one of the most vibrant cities on the planet. And who knows, maybe you’ll run into your very own version of Mofie—someone who can outdance you all night, then blow your mind with local insights the next day. Now that’s what I call a quintessential Barcelona experience. Cheers! Walking tour - topbarcelonaactivitiesPub Crawl - Barcelona Animals pubcrawl
